If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
Assetly Invest provides software-based data analysis, information aggregation, and decision-support tooling intended to assist users in reviewing market data and structuring their own research process. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Assetly Invest does not act as a broker, custodian, financial adviser, or portfolio manager, and nothing generated through the Services should be construed as personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in order to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Assetly Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. No Financial Advice
All outputs, reports, analytics, and summaries produced by the Services are informational in nature and are not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset, security, or instrument. Investment decisions carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of principal. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying information and for consulting a licensed professional advisor before acting on any output generated by the Services.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription or one-time fee, as described at the point of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise. Assetly Invest reserves the right to modify pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice. Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling platform outputs without authorization; introducing malicious code; or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. Assetly Invest reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of this section.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology associated with the Services are the property of Assetly Invest or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services; you are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Data and Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, processed, and stored. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assetly Invest and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment value, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even where Assetly Invest has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Assetly Invest does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assetly Invest, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Suspension and Termination
Assetly Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a risk to other users, or for any other reason at its reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
Assetly Invest may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via other reasonable means. The "last updated" reference for this document should be revised whenever changes are made. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Assetly Invest is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
